Title: Making the most of your restricted and endowment funds
Event description: We’ll explore how charities can use the flexibilities introduced by the Charities Act 2022 to update the purposes of restricted funds and use permanent endowment effectively. We’ll use case studies and examples – informed by work Bates Wells is doing in this area – to explore how purposes can be changed and how endowment funds can be released (including by borrowing) to support financial resilience and deliver impact.
